DELIVERY & RETURNS
We use DHL express service and Royal Mail Next Day delivery for our Express shipments and a signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We cannot be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
COSTS AND TIMES
Delivery times start from the date of shipping. Please note that in some areas of the UK and Europe there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible and always within 2 days of purchase.

As we are exporting from the UK and all non-UK customers will be subject to import duties and may be subject to local sales taxes which are not included at checkout and must be covered by the customer.
RETURNS
Please email hello@somervillelondon.com if you wish to make a return and give us your order number.
UK Returns
UK returns are free. Simply affix the label included with your garment onto the box, secure the box with tape and drop it into any post office.
We allow 14 days to return unworn goods.
Outside the UK
For orders outside the UK, we recommend using special delivery and purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the return.

For US and the rest of the world we allow 28 days to return unworn goods.
Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from somervillelondon.com.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancelled order back.
Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Please retain your shipping note until you have received your refund.
FAULTY GOODS
Should there be anything wrong with your item when it arrives please notify us immediately and we will of course do anything we can to sort out the issue. Somerville does not take responsibility for returns received in a damaged condition without prior notice.
